Changes to the Pulse Lifestyle Plan

 As of 1 October 2021, the Pulse Energy Lifestyle Plan will no longer be available.

All current customers on the prepay Pulse Lifestyle Plan will need to transfer their electricity account to our Pulse Energy pay monthly plan.

If you would like to continue to be on a prepay electricity plan, we recommend you switch to another retailer such as Globug or Contact Energy.

Transfer to Pulse Energy's Pay Monthly Plan

Transferring your electricity to Pulse Energy’s pay monthly plan is easy. All you will need to do is complete the transfer form using the link below.

Please note that when switching to our pay monthly plan, you will be subject to new terms and conditions and you will be required to upload a copy of your valid ID.

If a prepay power plan is best for you, we recommend you contact another prepay electricity retailer such as Globug or Contact Energy to arrange for your power to be switched.

If you have a credit balance when your Pulse Energy Lifestyle Account is finalised, please email us to arrange a refund. The $20 Refund Fee will not apply.
